Conditioning

ConditioningIf you are new to fitness or have been absent for more than three months, at Body Mechanix Fitness we recommend you start your conditioning with us. Complete one-on-one sessions to get familiarized with our movements and methods of training. 

For starters, our boot camp provides great workouts with specific start and end dates intended for those who prefer to work in a group setting while prepping for major life events (wedding, competitions, graduation, vacation, etc). Ask about our Personal Training discount when you Sign Up for Group Membership.

If you think you're ready for something a little more intense, our Spartan boxing class focuses on fundamentals of boxing and a sequence of exercises; stance, punches, footwork, and defensive skills while working to increase speed, strength, agility, coordination, and endurance. Please come prepared and bring 16 oz. boxing gloves, handwraps, and jumprope.
